Welcome to the Humanities Department
The Humanities at Lehman High School is focused on the development of literacy skills through reading, writing, speaking and listening. Students are challenged to apply their life experiences to new content and strategies, merged with the ability to think critically. Our goal is to build and support independent thinkers with a rigorous curriculum to prepare students for college and career readiness.
